Job Requirements WHAT YOU WILL DO The
Payroll Specialist
will assist with the processing of weekly hourly and bi-weekly salaried payroll and year-end payroll reporting. This position will also assist with payroll accounting and account reconciliations. Assist with processing all transactions related to weekly hourly and bi-weekly salaried payroll in an accurate timely manner Liaise with HR team to maintain accurate payroll records and verify payroll adjustments (new hires, employee transfers, pay increases, terminations, leave of absences, vacation pay, benefit, 401K contributions, etc.) Assist with preparation of various payroll reports and remittances including year-end reporting forms Process and issue Record of Employments (ROEs) in timely manner Process payroll related journal entries into SAP and prepare payroll account reconciliations Maintain knowledge of federal and state payroll legislation
What You Will Bring Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience 2 - 3 years of payroll experience Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Ability to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of ADP WFN, Kronos Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Teams JDE and SAP experience would be an asset
