The Role

Multiply is hiring a sharp, ambitious GTM Analyst to help drive growth across the business. This is a high-impact role for a recent graduate who thrives on solving hard problems, jumping into new challenges, and making things happenwhether through data, process, or sheer hustle. Youll work across our go-to-market (GTM) efforts, from digging into SQL to uncover insights, to building scalable systems and improving how we target, convert, and grow. Youll be part of a lean, fast-moving team that values curiosity, ownership, and speed. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn fast, take on big responsibility early, and help build something from the ground up.

What Youll Do

Analyze GTM funnel and user data to uncover insights that drive revenue

Write SQL from scratch to uncover hidden patterns, unlock new opportunities, and shape smarter campaigns

Design and test bold ideas that drive growth, then help operationalize what sticks

Build reporting, dashboards, and processes that make the team faster and smarter

Partner with Product, Finance, and Ops to turn messy problems into clean execution

Jump into high-impact projects across research, ops, and special initiativeswherever creative problem-solving is needed

What Will Make You Successful

Recent grad with internship experience in consulting, banking, tech, or a similarly analytical environment

Confident writing SQL and working with large, imperfect datasets

Naturally curiousyou ask great questions and go figure things out

Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a steep learning curve

Strong communicator who can distill complex problems into actionable next steps

High agency and bias for actionyou move fast, own your work, and dont wait to be told what to do

Comfort working in ambiguous environments where priorities shift quickly

Nice-to-Haves

Experience working on GTM, sales, or growth projects (internship, research, or academic)

Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, funnel analysis, or segmentation
