We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for our Originations team. This role will be responsible for enhancing the visibility of our company and team members across social media, managing CRM campaigns, designing marketing collateral, organizing events, and overseeing promotional item procurement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, strong creative skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies and playbooks to increase the visibility of the company and its team members across all relevant social media platforms. Create engaging content to boost brand awareness and audience engagement. Manage CRM systems to segment audiences and build targeted email campaigns for various client types. Create compelling content for email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Design flyers and improve existing templates to enhance visual appeal. Recommend promotional products to support marketing initiatives targeted at our prospects, clients, referral sources and team members Plan, coordinate, and execute company and client-facing events from inception to completion. Ensure smooth event logistics and effective post-event follow-up. This salaried position includes company equity and is hybrid, with an expectation of in-office presence three days per week. What We're Looking For You Bring: 5-7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing role. Experience in fintech, mortgage, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required. Proven ability to create engaging social media and email marketing content. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Highly motivated to achieve goals and execute projects with velocity. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
