Multiply is hiring a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new revenue through full-cycle sales of our mortgage benefit platform. You'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new company partnershipsprimarily by engaging HR and Benefits leaders at mid-size and enterprise organizations. This role is a great fit for someone who has experience in outbound sales, loves owning the full sales process end-to-end, and is excited to sell into the growing employee benefits space. You'll work directly with the Head of Business Development and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Ops to help shape our go-to-market strategy and scale a new category of financial wellness benefits. Own the full B2B sales cyclefrom outbound prospecting through contract signature Build targeted lists and run high-volume outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) Engage and qualify HR, People, and Benefits leaders at prospective partner companies Tailor messaging and pitch to different company profiles and stakeholder personas Refine outbound collateral and campaigns Track, measure, and optimize outreach efforts for better conversion Work cross-functionally to hand off closed deals for onboarding and implementation Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in our CRM What Will Make You Successful
34 years of experience in a full-cycle BDR, partnerships, or sales roleideally in benefits, HR tech, or fintech Experience selling into HR, People, or Benefits functions Proven success with outbound lead generation and closing mid-market to enterprise deals Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills Bias for actionscrappy, resourceful, and proactive about making progress Excited to learn and iterate in a fast-moving environment Interest in fintech, homeownership, or the future of employee benefits Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience at a startup or high-growth B2B company Exposure to financial products Familiarity with outbound sales tools (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Salesloft) Comfort with workflow automation or low-code tools
