About the Role: We're seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Human Resources Business Partner to support two manufacturing locations. This is a hands-on, fully onsite role focused on employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in navigating fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leadership to manage employee relations and drive positive engagement Lead generalist HR functions including onboarding, training, performance management, benefits, and compensation Coordinate talent acquisition efforts and support new hire orientation Conduct and document workplace investigations and performance improvement plans (PIPs) Analyze HR metrics to support business decisions and continuous improvement Provide outstanding customer service to employees and leaders Collaborate with HR Manager and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement initiatives Conduct audits for payroll, benefits, and other HR programs Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources 5+ years of HR experience (HR Generalist or HRBP) Bilingual in Spanish (speaking and writing) Strong initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work independently Experience with HR systems such as Ultipro or UKG is a plus Work Environment: Fully onsite in a manufacturing setting (non-glamorous, hands-on) Must be comfortable navigating stairs (no elevators) Collaborative team of HR professionals with cross-training opportunities Why This Role?
