Student Worker - Recruitment Ambassador

Job Classification: Marketing and Communications, Student Department: School of Education Hiring Manager: Jenifer Johnson Contact: jenifer_johnson@baylor.edu Work Schedule: Flexible; up to 20 hours per week Desired Length of Employment: Fall and Spring Semester; Ongoing Pay Rate: $10 Key Components: In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with functions around marketing trends, communications outreach, creative design and production (print and digital) Fulfill assignments and mailings related to recruitment and enrollment management. Maintain prospective student visit calendar, manage prospective student lists, and coordinate appropriate messaging delivery. Organize print materials, files, and merch. Represent the School of Education at undergraduate recruitment events (e.g., Distinguished Scholars Day, SOE Expo, Invitation to Excellence, Premiere, Tailgates). Interact with prospective students and families via phone, face-to-face meetings, and email sharing about the School of Education and the college experience. Coordinate pre-event preparation and post-event follow-up. Provide tours of the Learning Resources Center. Assist with projects and performs duties as assigned.
