The Supervisor of the New Member Journey program is responsible for leading and managing the daily operation that support new members throughout their onboarding experience. This role ensures that both individuals and teams are motivated and aligned to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPI's) related to member engagement, satisfaction and retention. Also, responsible for ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures and systems. Job Functions: Supervise and support team members to achieve high performance in all aspects of the new member journey Lead initiatives that drive excellence in onboarding and the vacation return orientation tour process Support and implement strategies to exceed performance standards and ensure compliance with all new member processes and requirements Ensure locations are staffed at expectations Effectively handles schedule and PTO requests Meet and exceed site penetration levels at all sites Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve maximum penetration and enhance the overall new member experience Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement Analyze data and reports to identify trends, measure success and implement process improvements Ensure end-of-day and weekly report outs to Leadership by set deadlines Monitor collateral inventory at sites Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications: To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience: Ability to manage, motivate and exceed goals Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and Holidays Proven ability to be professional and communicate clearly with internal and external customers Results oriented, with strong analysis, evaluation and planning capabilities Consistent track record in productivity and performance management Reliable transportation and flexibility with work locations 3+ years experience in leading teams in relevant field It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer care Timeshare sales and marketing Why Team Members Like Working for Us
