As a New Member Journey Supervisor, you will: Supervise NMJ daily operations expectations within their assigned area Recruit, train, and develop representatives Ensure locations are staffed at expectations Effectively manage schedule and PTO requests Meet and exceed site penetration levels at all sites Strong partnership and collaboration with Quality Assurance Representatives to achieve maximum penetration Consistently hosts meetings with all associates to gain feedback and modify best practices Perform ongoing training, coaching sessions and performance appraisals Ensure end-of-day and weekly report outs to Leadership by set deadlines Monitor collateral inventory at sites Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
