This role can be a remote position if the ideal candidate can work in PST time zone. Ideally someone living in the West Coast is preferred. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for successfully executing projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves leading a team and providing strategic direction to optimize project delivery. The Sr. Project Manager will implement IT and Business projects from inception to closure, including project intake evaluation, business case review, project planning, project execution and closure. The Sr. Project Manager will work closely with the Global PMO Team members to participate in the development and ongoing continuous improvement of the PMO Methodologies and framework. This position will provide oversight, management reporting, assisting, and leading the coordination to the portfolio, program and project management across the Metagenics regions. This role will also manage key projects and global harmonization initiatives. The Sr. Project Manager will play an instrumental role in facilitating the Annual Operating Plan process, overseeing project budgets, and supporting the capital asset approval process. Key Responsibilities

Project Portfolio Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, risk mitigation, milestones, and communication strategies. Ensure all activities align with the project strategy and goals. Continuously monitor and adjust plans to mitigate risks and keep the project on track. Maintain project management standards and processes. Support the advancement and utilization of Smartsheet PPM Tool that is "Fit for Purpose" Prioritize and oversee multiple projects to ensure they meet time, budget, and quality objectives. Manage multiple projects at the same time with Global footprint Management of global project intake, prioritization and delivery processes to align with business strategies Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to support project delivery. Ensure teams have the necessary tools, skills, and training. Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure optimum outcomes are achieved Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular project status updates and reports. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to project implementation. Ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions. Facilitates lessons learned to ensure reuse of project learnings and knowledge by establishing ongoing communication and repositories for future reference Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and financials to ensure projects stay within approved budgets. Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and improvements. Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the PMO's strategic vision, goals, and objectives. Align project portfolios with the organization's strategic initiatives. Provide leadership and guidance to the project core team Basic Requirements Experience / Training / Education Experience in advancing the maturity of a Global PMO (experience in an IT environment preferred) Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science or related field (Master's degree preferred) Project Management Certified (preferred) & in good standing 10+ years project management/PMO experience 2-3 years agile IT project management Project Management experience in Ecommerce related projects desired Knowledge of Jira & Confluence Smartsheet SDLC Preferred Compensation The current range for this national remote role is $140,000/yr. to $160,000/yr. This range can be higher or lower depending on location. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
