As Administrative Assistant, the day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assisting in answering a multi-line telephone, route messages, and draft or distribute internal and external communications, including emails and memos Customer Service and Front Desk/Information Booth Assistance. Records filing and Management. Provide general administrative support include copying, scanning, shredding, and preparing documents for distribution or storage. Willingness to learn internal systems (e.g., Workday) and assist with logging, tracking, and updating employee training records. Training will be provided. Monday

We're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have: Highschool Diploma or equivalent. One year of clerical experience and the ability to operate a personal computer. Must be able to work independently. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and related desktop applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform time-sensitive and complex tasks. Skill in using a computer, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods of time. Ability to answer a multi-line in a busy setting. Why You'll Love Working Here
