Customer Service Representative

Location: 100% Onsite - Tulsa, OK Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Pay: $20/hr | Raise upon hire | Temp-to-Hire (90 days) We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity, where you will play a key role in assisting clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. The role requires strong attention to detail, patience, and the ability to manage paperwork and data entry efficiently. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate client records. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Process orders and manage order entry tasks efficiently. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage documents. Provide support to clients, demonstrating patience and understanding. Maintain detailed and organized paperwork to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service. Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is required. Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to compose clear and concise email correspondence. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation purposes. Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments and order processing. Patience and empathy when interacting with clients, particularly those requiring additional support. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
