Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Manassas, Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with maintaining customer accounts, resolving customer queries, and processing customer applications. This role is onsite Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries Handling phone calls and emails -incoming calls, email requests, chat, and in-person Process and verify customer credit applications with precision Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date Uphold high standards of customer service at all times Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls Document all customer interactions and communications Perform data entry tasks related to customer service Requirements: Minimum of 1+ years of working in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skill is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must Demonstrated ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
