to join our team and contribute to creating delicious and nutritious meals for our residents. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals following established recipes and portion control guidelines. Coordinate food production with meal serving schedules. Memorize menu items, plate appearances, and portion specifications. Adhere to special dietary orders and standard recipes. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain high standards of sanitation and food production codes. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of dining services experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar setting preferred. Culinary school training is a plus. Must be 18 years or older. Why Join Us?
