Assembler
The assembler is responsible for the assembly of axles and brake components in a fast-paced work environment, delivering high-quality products on time while ensuring both quality and safety. The role involves reading blueprints, verifying parts required prior to assembly, and addressing any equipment defects promptly. Responsibilities
Assemble axles and brake components accurately and thoroughly to approved specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to verify parts prior to assembly. Communicate effectively with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy. Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects for prompt resolution. Familiarize with tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment. Maintain and service equipment as necessary. Conserve resources and supplies to minimize waste. Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong mechanical assembly skills. A good work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment. Experience with assembly line production is a plus. Timeliness and punctuality for all shifts. Work Environment and Shift
The work environment is a non-climate-controlled facility with a schedule of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility to work until 4:30 PM as needed. OT will be mandatory and must be able to work up to 10 hour shifts. Why Work Here?
