Assembly Technician- Great Pay

The manufacturing/assembly technician will work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment on the production floor, participating in assembly, fabrication, paint, and other production areas while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and standard work protocols. Technicians will utilize basic tools to accurately assemble both purchased and manufactured parts into finished products, primarily focusing on the frequent assembly of three different sub-assemblies, including pipe fittings, which constitutes more than half of the work. Responsibilities
Support work area safety, cleanliness, material usage, and shop organization. Perform production assembly work, rework, troubleshooting, in-process repair, and document assembly improvements. Set up, operate, adjust, and conduct minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet equipment safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Regularly assemble pipe fittings and engage in additional sub-assembly and final-assembly mechanical tasks. Document results during and post-engineering development builds in a clear and concise manner. Essential Skills
2+ years of experience with heavy mechanical assemblies. Mechanically inclined. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, models, and work instructions. Basic computer literacy. Experience with manual tasks, such as cleaning residue from parts being replaced. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hydraulics, hydraulic assembly, or pipe fitting is highly preferred. Electrical wiring installation. Experience in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on platforms above 10 feet. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of sharing feedback effectively in group meetings. Excellent attention to detail, good organization, analytical, and reasoning skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and follow both written and verbal instructions. Comfortable with frequent changes in direction, dynamic work environment, and performing time-sensitive analysis under pressure. Why Work Here?

Work from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with the possibility of overtime or Saturday work. The facility is a combination of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly areas, with climate-controlled offices and break rooms.
