General Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Administrator who provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office or department. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including scheduling, communication management, document handling, and coordination with both internal teams and external partners. Primary Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, managing emails, filing, and handling correspondence. Maintain and organize records, reports, and documentationboth physical and digital. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents. Order and manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment. Support onboarding of new employees and help coordinate training logistics. Serve as a liaison between departments and with external vendors or service providers. Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Collaborate with team members to improve office operations and workflow. Basic Qualifications

TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required High school diploma or equivalent. 35 years of relevant administrative or office support experience. Proven experience managing calendars, coordinating travel, and submitting expense reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and task execution. Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. Experience supporting senior leadership or management teams. Familiarity with SAP, Concur, or other enterprise systems for travel and expense management. Demonstrated skills in: Calendar Management Email Management Meeting Planning and Facilitation Document and Record Management Proofreading and Report Writing Office Equipment and Supply Coordination Basic Project Management or Coordination Experience training or mentoring junior administrative staff. Ability to analyze and evaluate information from multiple sources to make recommendations. Comfortable communicating and coordinating across departments and with external stakeholders. Pay Range: $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
