Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Catering Server to join our Luxury Premium Catering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate food service while providing a level of hospitality that exceeds guest expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are delivered to the correct recipients promptly and accurately following all safety guidelines, with special consideration to guest requests. Prepare work area before guest arrival, including rolling silverware, plating table and stocking, cleaning, and equipment. Demonstrate compliance with all local service laws, as well as company policies and procedures regarding Responsible Alcohol Service. Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times. Anticipate and react accordingly to guest needs, answer questions, and provide suggestions to event attendees. Qualifications
Highschool Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience. Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification. Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification. Excellent customer service, organization, and time management. Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
