Conformal Coating Technician - 2nd Shift
Join our dynamic team as a Conformal Coating Technician where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and production processes. You will prepare PCB parts for soldering in a controlled environment, ensuring quality and precision. Responsibilities
Perform conformal coating of PCB parts in preparation for soldering. Utilize working knowledge of IPC610 and J-STD-001 standards. Operate visual magnification devices effectively to ensure accuracy. Interpret and operate basic electronic and mechanical measuring devices. Work independently in a fast-paced environment while fostering professional relationships. Communicate effectively with staff and management, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate proficiency in computer-based applications to streamline processes. Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in production or machine operating. Knowledge of electronic circuit boards and PCB assembly. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment performing assembly and soldering tasks. Operator certification for IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001, or willingness to acquire. Strong visual acuity and eye-hand coordination. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or production, including non-electronics fields. Ability to review and interpret technical data packages for electronic assemblies. Basic math skills. Why Work Here?
