2+ years of industrial maintenance OR AA in Industrial Maintenance Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Bonus: Experience with VFDs, PLCs, conveyors, or plastics Work Environment
Clean, temperature-controlled facility PPE required: Steel-toe boots, hair/beard nets, ear protection Team-first, fast-paced, non-union setting 3rd Shift: Rotating schedule (3 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off) | 6 PM
6 AM Training: Day shift (MF) for up to 6 months Perks & Benefits
