Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the hands-on repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of food production machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and HVAC systems. Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks. Diagnose and fix issues in production machinery, including mechanical failures, electrical faults, and plumbing problems. Assist with setting up new machinery and systems such as multivacs and sealers. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on conveyors and motors. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols. Maintain and replace electrical systems working with 24 to 480 volts. Handle pneumatics and hydraulics. Understand HVAC and refrigeration basics. Possess welding experience (MIG on mild or TIG on stainless) - optional. Essential Skills
Mechanical troubleshooting. Preventive maintenance. Use of Multivac machinery (2+ years). HVAC. Electrical. Hydraulics. Pneumatics. Repair. Industrial. PLC troubleshooting. 480v experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The role operates within a GMP environment, requiring the use of hair nets, beard nets, safety shoes, and safety glasses. Shifts available: 1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift. Expect to work approximately 40 hours a week, including one weekend a month for additional preventative maintenance tasks. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
