Provide strategic leadership for the tax department, develop business opportunities, mentor managers, and ensure delivery of exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for diverse clients. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff accountants, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion. Review various tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, etc.). Oversee project progress and ensure client satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic insights. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support firm growth. Support financial statement exposure and financial reporting needs. Additional Details
