We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. As a Client Systems Engineer, you'll apply your problem-solving skills to get Epic’s software into clinicians’ and patients’ hands, enabling them to use our tools to provide excellent care. You will collaborate with customer Windows server administrators to build a fast, reliable infrastructure that provides clinicians quick access to critical patient information whenever needed. You will establish strong, long-term relationships with our customers, communicating with them as they install, troubleshoot, and upgrade our software. You'll work with our customers, Epic’s technical teams, and other healthcare hardware and software vendors to develop technical solutions that enable cutting-edge tools to advance healthcare. You will also make recommendations for best practices to ensure their long-term success. Our work impacts every area of Epic. As part of the team, you will collaborate with developers, technical support, software testers, and implementation specialists across the company. You will learn the inner workings of Epic software, Windows and other operating systems, virtualization and cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, mobile devices, and more. You’ll develop valuable, industry-wide skills while doing high-stakes, critical work that helps healthcare providers deliver the best possible patient care.
