About The Role
As an IT Support Engineer I, you will use your knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software across sites in a defined geographical area. You can determine when it is appropriate to deviate from standard practices to accomplish the desired results. You will troubleshoot and resolve straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs. What Do We Offer?

Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration in various software and hardware environments. Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours. Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions. Managing local technical projects. Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes. Identifying root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies. Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers. Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers. Basic Qualifications
2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment. 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience. 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience. 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP). 2+ years of supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting. 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate environment. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware, AWS, or similar.
