American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for an OB-only outpatient clinic with at least 2 years of OB scanning experience and current ARDMS (OB/GYN) certification.Job Details•Outpatient OB/GYN clinic with 2 dedicated ultrasound suites,•Work exclusively with obstetric patients; no GYN exams performed,•Average 8-10 OB scans per day, including anatomy, growth, viability, and fetal heart scans,•Specialized procedures include intracavity, anatomy with multiples, 3D/4D scans, and saline infusion sonohysterography (SIS) if experienced,•Use Apollo Cannon for viability and growth scans, and GE Evolution for 3D/4D and anatomy scans,•Clinic operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with early closure at 2:00 PM on Fridays,•No weekend, on-call, or holiday coverage required,•EMR is Epic (preferred); PACS is Change Healthcare/McKesson (preferred),•Potential to float per clinic policy,Job Requirements•Minimum 2 years of OB ultrasound experience required,•Current ARDMS (OB/GYN) certification required,•BLS certification required,•Experience performing detailed anatomy, growth, viability, and fetal heart scans,•Experience with Apollo Cannon and GE Evolution ultrasound equipment preferred,•Experience with 3D/4D, color Doppler, and SIS preferred,•Flexibility for add-on urgent scans is important,•Epic and PACS (Change Healthcare/McKesson) experience preferred,•License required if applicable,Additional Information•Main responsibilities include performing a range of OB ultrasound exams, including those for multiples and abnormal bleeding,•Providers, not radiologists, interpret scans; ultrasound techs are responsible for notifying providers once exams are complete,•Work within a supportive team including another ultrasound tech, patient service reps, RNs, MDs, and NPs,•Orientation provided as needed based on experience and comfort level,•Spanish language skills are preferred but not required,•Solid color scrubs are required; OB-themed tops allowed if desired,•Free parking is available on site,•First-time travelers are accepted,•Approval for up to 7 days of requested time off is available,],•hash,:•12440267349227524391,
