Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Technologist with at least 3 years of OB/GYN sonography experience and ARDMS credentials. Responsibilities Work in a maternal fetal medicine setting with a focus on high-risk obstetric ultrasoundsDay shifts, 5x8 hours per weekCaseload includes performing detailed fetal anatomic surveys, fetal echocardiograms, growth assessments, and wellbeing evaluationsProcedures include fetal echocardiography, MCA and valve Doppler studies, and needle procedure guidanceExperience with advanced maternal/fetal ultrasound techniques, including 3D/4D imaging, is utilizedAssists radiologists in advanced maternal-fetal diagnostic procedures and needle guidanceStandardizes and provides training to residents on maternal fetal ultrasound examsConsults with patients to assess suitability and contraindications for ultrasound proceduresConducts thorough ultrasound studies, records findings, and communicates results to physiciansMay assist with invasive procedures and provide preliminary diagnostic input to cliniciansDrug screening and background check must be completed promptly after offer Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience performing complex OB/GYN or vascular ultrasound scansCompletion of a twelve-month program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent certificateCurrent ARDMS registration required in OB and OB GYNBLS for Healthcare Provider certification requiredExperience and comfort with fetal echocardiography, MCA and valve Doppler imagingFamiliarity with fetal anatomy and related maternal-fetal medicine proceduresLicense required if applicable Benefits High Pay and BonusesMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 OptionsGenerous Housing AllowanceNon-taxed Per Diem and SubsidyWeekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUs401(k) PlanTraveler Rewards and DiscountsTravel and Licensure Reimbursements
