The Senior Manager for Security, Product Growth & Monetization will strategize and execute product monetization strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and drive business model strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business model strategy for Security and new markets.

• Work cross-functionally to execute on new business models, product monetization strategy and margin accretive initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance teams.

• Validate addressable market size. Prioritize features based on ACV potential and willingness to pay.

• Determine optimal PnP strategy w/ competitive, willingness to pay and margins.

• Lead the operational execution and implementation of cross functional monetization decisions.

• Help develop what success metrics we care about.

• Ongoing analysis and cross-functional execution to improve investment strategy/GTM. Develop mitigation plans if off track.

• Lead QBRs and long range plans for Product org.

• Be a player-coach that raises everyone’s capabilities around you.

Qualifications:

Required:

• BA/BS degree in Computer science, Finance, Cyber Security, top MBA preferred but not required.

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, pricing, management consulting, investment banking, product management or business operations.

• Strong analytical skills, including translating financial models into executive-facing content.

• Strong passion for technical products.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience in security is strongly preferred but not required.
