JCSD is proud to offer part-time employees: Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Great Work Perks Discounts Altura Credit Union Account Preferred Partnership with Cal Baptist University Crunch Fitness Gym Membership Discount Part-time employees who have worked for the District for 30 or more days receive 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked, with a maximum accrual of 48 hours, and usage limited to 24 hours of sick leave in a calendar year.
