Warehouse Associate
Job Location: Fairfield, California
Job Type: Long Term Temporary
Pay Rate: $16-$16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6am - 2:30pm
Description of Position:
Are you experienced in warehouse work and comfortable lifting heavy boxes throughout the day? Our client, a growing e-commerce clothing company based in Fairfield, is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support operations in their fulfillment center for the next few months.
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in various departments including stocking, pulling, and shipping. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as you'll be asked to assist wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. This position requires regular lifting, moving, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs.
Job Responsibilities:
Support fulfillment operations across multiple departments Stock merchandise, pull items for orders, and prepare products for shipping Maintain an organized and efficient workspace Provide support and direction to fellow team members Lift and move boxes/items up to 50 lbs throughout your shift

At least 1 year of warehouse, retail, or restaurant experience in a dynamic environment High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Positive, team oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
