We are looking for a SAP Techno Functional Payroll Consultant to join our team for a long-term contract in Atlanta, GA (hybrid).
Contract Duration: 12 Months on W2 with the potential to extend or convert
REQUIRED: 1. W2 only 2, Local Atlanta candidates only
Looking for the following responsibilities:
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4 HCM
, including payroll as per business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
such as HR, Finance, and IT to understand business requirements and align with SAP Payroll.
Develop and implement SAP HCM strategies, policies, and procedures
to improve payroll execution and compliance.
Proven, expert understanding in SAP Payroll for a complex enterprise. Deep understanding of system capabilities, translate requirements into technical specs in the form of agile stories and acceptance criteria. Lead design, configuration, and development for complex payroll solutions. Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll schemas, PCRs, Wage types, country-specific regulations, strong ABAP skills for custom functions. Role includes technical definition of requirements, design, configuration, end-to-end testing, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Provide subject matter expert services
on SAP Payroll module and other dependent modules.
Participate in testing phases
including unit testing, integration testing, and User acceptance testing.
Document functional designs, test cases, and results
to ensure minimal impact on core customization.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
.
Handle changes or emergency transports
as needed for high-priority issues.
Document functional specification documents
prepared by the SI partner from a sustainability and business requirement fulfillment perspective.
