We are implementing HubSpot company-wide to better connect our sales, marketing, and operations teams — and we need a world-class HubSpot Admin & Automation Manager to lead this effort onsite at our Tustin headquarters. This is an opportunity to own, optimize, and innovate our CRM environment, ensuring it becomes the central nervous system of our sales growth. Responsibilities: As our

HubSpot Admin & Automation Manager , you will: •

Set up, configure, and customize

HubSpot pipelines, fields, workflows, permissions, and dashboards to fit our business processes. •

Build advanced automations

for lead routing, follow-up, and reporting. •

Integrate HubSpot

with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics for unified, real-time reporting. •

Maintain data cleanliness and governance

, including deduplication, formatting standards, and enrichment. • Create

internal documentation and SOPs

for HubSpot processes. • Collaborate with leadership and team members to align HubSpot functionality with sales and operational goals. Qualifications: •

5+ years of HubSpot CRM administration experience

(Sales Hub & Marketing Hub). • Strong skills with

automation tools

(HubSpot Workflows, Make.com, Zapier, n8n). •

Power BI dashboard creation

and data model integration experience. • Familiarity with

Microsoft Dynamics

integrations. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • A proactive mindset — always looking for ways to make systems better. Compensation: $28 - $40 hourly
