Join Our Team! We're looking for a

DC Fulfillment Specialist

to help keep our distribution center running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll play a key part in making sure our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and in perfect condition. You'll work with a variety of teams-from Customer Service to Operations-to meet business needs while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

What You'll Do Pick, pack, stock, consolidate, and ship orders in a high-volume, temperature-controlled warehouse. Operate material handling equipment (manual and electric) safely and efficiently. Verify item accuracy electronically and/or manually. Identify and report damaged or incorrect inventory. Load and unload trucks as needed. Process stock transfers, material requests, and ERP transactions (D365 preferred). Follow all safety and operational procedures. Pitch in with overtime when business needs require. What You Bring

High school diploma required; 2 years of advanced education preferred. 2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or related field highly preferred. Stand-up electric forklift experience (counterbalance, articulated mast, stock picker, reach truck) preferred-but we'll train and certify the right candidate. Comfort using Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attendance and reliability. Why You'll Love Working Here

Pay Details:

$20.00 per hour
