Description :
Project Manager for University of Wisconsin-Madisons Digital Strategy Team, within the Office of Strategic Communication (project management for UW websites & digital products)
Tasks/Job Responsibilities include:
? Project Planning and Execution: Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams, managing tasks, budget, scope, and timeline while applying project management methodologies to overcome obstacles and ensure successful project delivery.
? Team Coordination and Prioritization: Collaborate with the Digital Director to set team priorities and roadmap, and ensure effective communication between designers, developers, and writers to maintain focus on project goals and deadlines.
? Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, from initial conception to status reporting.
Skills Needed:
? Minimum of two years experience managing website / web application projects.
? Minimum of two years experience setting project goals, scope, and timeline, as well as regularly reporting on project status and forecasting team workload.
? Minimum of two years experience using Asana, GitLab, or similar project management platform.
