Your Responsibilities at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, your day will be filled with engaging interactions. You'll assist customers in finding the right products and services for their home improvement projects. Your key tasks will include: Welcoming customers, answering their questions, and providing exceptional customer service. Helping customers locate and handle products. Restocking shelves to ensure merchandise is available. Processing orders and deliveries with accuracy. Training in various departments for enhanced service. Preparing products based on customer requirements (e.g., mixing paint, cutting materials). Guiding customers through their shopping experience, including checkout. Completing additional tasks assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications You'll Need Minimum of 6 months experience using a computer for data-related tasks. Familiarity with retail technology, including smartphones and tablets, for at least 6 months. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Able to stand, sit, and perform job duties for extended periods. Capable of lifting 25 lbs. unassisted or more with accommodation. Preferred Qualifications 6 months of experience in retail or customer service. Bi-lingual abilities. Certification related to trades in departments like plumbing, electrical, or home improvement.
