Posting Summary
The University of Vermont is seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to lead co-curricular programming for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Learning Community, a partnership between University Housing and Dining Services and Academic Affairs. In this role, you’ll create hands-on learning experiences, support student leadership, and build connections across campus and local communities. Responsibilities include planning events, developing service-learning opportunities, supervising student staff, and collaborating with faculty and University Housing and Dining teams. Ideal candidates are organized, student-centered, and passionate about innovation, education, and community engagement.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years’ related experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have a demonstrated commitment to inclusive excellence.
Desirable Qualifications
Anticipated Pay Range $47,000 - $49,000 (11 months)
Other Information
This is an 11-month position with the month of June off. Standard work week will be M-F, 10 am to 6 pm, with option to flex hours as needed to support on campus programming efforts. Regular evening and weekend hours required.
Special Conditions Bargaining unit position, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), A probationary period may be required, Background Check required for this position
