Specialty Anesthesia State MN Location 3300 Oakdale Ave. N., Robbinsdale, MN Requirements North Memorial is looking for locum CRNAs to start as soon as credentialed. Hospital 1- Level 1 Trauma Center Hospital 2-Busy Community Hospital ASC1-Multispecialty ASAP - ongoingSchedule needed: Full time starting ASAC. would prefer if providers have availability for 10 and 12 hour shifts.Candidates should be flexible working a schedule of at least 3 days per weekAll scheduled hours will be paid a regular time rate No overtime rate.No callReason for coverage: shortage to cover OR's needed for expected growthEMR: EpicTrauma level 1Number of Operating Rooms: 16 Medical direction model.Scrubs provided on site.Needs to be comfortable seeing all ages - perm staff will cover peds cases. Required cases: Spine Urology General Orthopedics Robotics Endoscopy Plastics EP lab/Cath lab Navigational Bronchoscopy Craniotomies Simple Vascular facility employed staff will do all Open Hearts Thoracotomies Trauma Now Obstetrics Pediatrics. Do not need to do heart/lung cases. No lines or blocks.Credentialing timeframe: 4 monthsClient willing to pay for full travel - flight hotel rental carNorth Memorial does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.
