Provider will be expected to cover at St. Francis Eastside St. Francis Downtown and Millennium Surgery Center.JOB DETAILS: Dates of Coverage: July 2025 - ongoing Coverage will encompass 2 Hospitals and 2 ASC's but primarily location will be the main campus - St. Francis Downtown Hours/schedule: 40 hours a week Reason for Coverage: Expansion of coverage Practice Setting: Hospital basedCall Ratio: N/A Documentation System/EMR: Epic Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 4 but more if GI. Trauma Level/Designation: N/A Annual ER Volume: N/ANumber of Operating Rooms: 26 Patient Age Demographic: Healthy Peds ENT only mostly adults Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT Ventilation Management Full range of cases except hearts and OB. No regionals or central line placement. Must be able to do any case WILL NOT be required to do Hearts OB or blocks. Minimal to no peds. ~Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate Hotel Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate Hotel Schedule Days, M-F weekends; ~7a-3:30p, w/ a 30-minute lunch. 8 hour shifts.
