About the Role:
We are seeking professional and energetic Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our hospitality team. Banquet Servers play a key role in delivering exceptional service at a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, galas, and private parties. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in high-end food and beverage service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware)
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
Clear plates, glassware, and other items after guests have finished
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and event space
Follow all food safety and sanitation policies
Collaborate with kitchen staff, captains, and fellow servers for smooth service flow
Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any issues to supervisors
Assist in breaking down and cleaning the event area after service
Qualifications:
Previous banquet or catering server experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to carry trays and stand/walk for extended periods
Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be a team player and take direction well
