to join our collaborative team at AdventHealth Ocala. Join an anesthesia care team with 7 anesthesiologists and 23 anesthetists that values work/life balance. Highlights of this opportunity include: $100K sign-on bonus with a 3-year note Newly increased compensation Annual case volume of 12,000 across 16 ORs, including Endo, OB, Neuro IR suites Variety of cases: General, OB, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, Gastro, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, and pediatrics Full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals, and epidurals Light call schedule, competitive base salary, annual retention stipends, and flexible scheduling options (8s, 10s, 12s, 16s, 24s) CME allowance, generous PTO, relocation and licensure assistance Benefits start day one — no waiting period!
