Envision Physician Services - ANES
Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Carrollwood in Tampa, Florida!
Minimum CRNA experience of 2 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established practice of AdventHealth Carrollwood, a smaller, well-respected hospital with plenty of orthopedics, general and spine cases. This team, which has been in existence for over 30 years provides a full range of anesthesia services with a community hospital feel.
The Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to:
Scheduling
Staff development
Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
Liaison with hospital leaders
Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
Participate in leadership and development activities
Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
Orientation and onboarding of new hires

Case mix : no heads, no hearts, no OB, no peds

Flexible scheduling
8, 10, 12, 13, and 14-hour shifts
Sister sites : AdventHealth Tampa and AdventHealth Wesley Chapel
Minimal beeper call from home, 30-minute call back
OT opportunities available if desired
