Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Minimum CRNA experience of 2 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 6 physicians and 26 APPs. The team performs all cases except for burns, transplants, and trauma.
Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to:
Scheduling
Staff development
Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
Liaison with hospital leaders
Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
Participate in leadership and development activities
Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
Orientation and onboarding of new hires
Highlights of this opportunity include:
Newly increased compensation!
$75K start date bonus with 3-year commitment
Chief stipend
Relocation assistance
ACT: 6 Physicians and 19 APPs
350 bed hospital
15 sites of service including endo and OB
Flexible scheduling
8, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 24-hour shifts
Sister sites: AdventHealth Tampa and AdventHealth Wesley Chapel
ACT: 36 Physicians and 100 APPs between the three hospitals
Minimal beeper call from home, 30-minute call back
OT opportunities available if desired
