Associate Attorney- Corporate Advisory (Finance) $260,000-$310,000 Annually

Job Description We are seeking a 3rd or 4th-year Associate for our Corporate Advisory (Finance) Practice Area. This role can be based in our Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, or Dallas offices. Our prestigious law firm is looking for a highly skilled and motivated attorney to join our team, focusing on finance. This is an excellent opportunity to work with top clients and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities : Provide legal advice to corporate clients on finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate governance. Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda. Participate in negotiations and transactions on behalf of clients. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies. Stay informed about relevant laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and strategic advice. Manage and oversee junior associates and paralegals on various projects. Requirements : 3-4 years of corporate and transactional experience in Finance & Banking. Excellent writing, analytical skills, and a strong academic background. Must be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Proven track record of providing exceptional legal advice and building client relationships. Experience with top corporations and financial institutions is preferred.
