10+ years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience with demonstrated P&L impact Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and technology adoption Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
