The Role As part of the MT Human Resources Team, the Director HR Business Partner supports the MT Labor strategy through talent solutions. The role involves acting as an advocate and consultant on HR issues, including Career Framework & Skills for the MT organization. The successful candidate will serve as an employee champion and change agent, proactively communicating HR needs to leadership and partnering across HR functions to support organizational objectives. The Director will have a strong understanding of the business, influence talent strategies, and build trust with senior leadership and HR colleagues. Key Responsibilities The Director, HRBP provides tailored HR solutions across organization design, talent management, engagement, culture, diversity, and compensation. Support and implement HR strategies aligned with the MT Acceleration Program. Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance. Identify opportunities for HR interventions to improve organizational effectiveness. HR Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, understanding their needs and providing HR insights. Develop workforce plans, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention strategies. Support organizational design, change management, and cultural initiatives. Organizational Development, Culture, and Change Management: Implement organizational development initiatives and drive change management strategies. Lead culture change initiatives to reinforce desired behaviors. Performance Management: Coach managers on performance practices, goal-setting, and development planning. Enhance employee engagement and morale through targeted programs. Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to recruit effectively. Drive talent management initiatives like performance calibration and succession planning. HR Analytics and Metrics: Use HR data to assess effectiveness and inform decisions. Develop dashboards and analyze trends for continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum Requirements At least 10 years of HR experience in a high-growth, matrixed organization. Experience in HR and Talent Management. Proven HR Business Partnering and strategic planning skills. Experience in healthcare or biopharma is required. Critical Skills Strategic mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity. Strong collaboration, influence, and relationship-building skills. Excellent coaching, communication, and executive presence. Analytical skills and handling sensitive issues effectively. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base pay ($130,000 - $216,600), bonuses, and benefits.
