Our U.S. headquarters is located in Otay Mesa, San Diego, CA. Responsibilities: • Issue invoices and ensure their accurate and timely delivery. • Monitor overdue accounts and manage collections directly. • Accurately apply payments in the accounting system. • Generate and send account statements to customers. • Follow up on disputes or clarifications with customers in coordination with the operations and sales teams. • Prepare weekly and monthly aging and accounts receivable reports. • Support audits with documentation and reconciliations. • Ensure compliance with internal credit and collection policies. Requirements: • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. • Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written). • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and/or ERP systems. • Knowledge of invoicing, account reconciliations, and collections. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry. • Basic knowledge of U.S. commercial credit terms. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Seniority level
