Job Description
The ideal candidate will bring a data-informed mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for uncovering and responding to evolving market trends, competitive movements, and economic shifts. This position requires a deep understanding of provider needs and how to position key Biote initiatives for field sales success through messaging creation, campaign/material development, and market research (both with the field and providers).
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree (marketing degree is a plus) Several years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare space (pharma, med device, biologic). Ideal Attributes Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging insights into customer behavior, competitive activity, and market trends. Market Forecasting & Trend Analysis:
Use data, research, and industry insights to project future market conditions and customer needs. Build forecast models that inform strategic planning, product development, and resource allocation. Customer's Competitive Insight:
Lead market research initiatives to understand customer segments, needs, competitor positioning, and whitespace opportunities. Brand Strategy & Messaging:
Ensure the brand's messaging resonates with target audiences and adapts to changing market conditions without losing integrity or clarity. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Executive teams to align marketing plans with product roadmaps and revenue targets. Compensation Information
Base: $150-170k OTE: $180-204k Additional Benefits
Health benefits: 2 PPO and 2 High Deductible plan options. The company pays 100% of the employee portion of medical insurance premiums for three plans. Additional family coverage and lower deductibles are paid by the employee via pre-tax payroll deductions. The company covers a portion of dental and vision premiums. 401K: Available after 90 days starting in June Vacation: Up to 15 days PTO accrued; 8 paid holidays. Location
