The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information. JOB SUMMARY This position plays a critical leading role in the development and execution of recruiting strategy in the college to attract highly qualified professionals to OCB graduate business programs. The Director oversees recruitment activities for all graduate business degree programs and graduate certificate programs, with responsibilities over some program enrollments, including managing recruiting staff, serving on the admissions committee, and yield marketing and communications. The Director manages the assistant directors on staff who support those duties, inspiring staff while exhibiting a collegial, team-building management style. The position is also responsible for assisting with forecasting and budgeting across all programs and provides analytics and reports to support the Assistant Dean of Enrollment in setting strategy for the admissions office to achieve annual enrollment goals. Along with managing strategy and staff for the recruiting team, the Director meets with prospective students and staffs events as needed. The position requires broad knowledge of the St. Thomas graduate business programs’ defining characteristics, as well as active acquisition of information on competitive programs and their features. As a member of the Admissions Committee, s/he makes recommendations for admission and scholarships, and is responsible for admit and non-admit correspondence. The Director is responsible for achievement of annual enrollment goals across all graduate business programs and measures and reports results of recruiting activities, as well as providing forecasting toward achieving those goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide leadership, supervise, train, and direct the recruiting and admissions staff. Develop the team to be proactive in seeking solutions to the challenges faced in a highly competitive environment and find creative ways to use technology (esp. Salesforce and Pardot) to do so. Recruit and advise prospective graduate business students. Attend recruiting events as needed, in partnership with the admissions team and Program Directors. Track success of recruiting activities and yield campaigns and serve as the lead member of the admissions committee. Support the Assistant Dean of Enrollment in developing and managing recruiting and admissions strategy to work toward achievement of annual recruitment goals for OCB graduate business programs leading to the admission and enrollment of highly qualified professionals. Provide analytics and reporting to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment and make recommendations for improvements on all processes from events to communication planning. Develop and report on recruiting and admissions data as requested including forecasting. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
Five years of experience in program administration or corporate relations
An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired may be substituted. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree
Five years of experience in higher education recruiting Or, equivalent sales and marketing experience is required
