What You’ll Do

Direct project planning, design, and production (paving, grading, drainage, utilities, etc.) for complex land-development sites.

Manage schedules, budgets, invoicing, and client communications to keep every engagement on track and profitable.

Perform quality reviews and provide technical guidance for engineers and CAD technicians.

Cultivate lasting client relationships and help win new business.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that keep the Charlotte office ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

B.S. in Civil Engineering

(or related) and

P.E. license in NC

(or ability to obtain quickly).

10+ years

of civil-site design experience with a strong portfolio of residential master-planned communities and mixed-use developments.

5+ years

in project-management/lead-engineer roles, including team leadership.

Command of

Civil 3D/AutoCAD

and drainage modeling software (HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar).

Polished written and verbal communication skills; track record working with city/county review agencies.
