About the Role As a CBRE Global Procurement Director, you will oversee the planning and management of the procurement functions within the Industrial & Logistics sector.
What You’ll Do
Lead all aspects of global procurement across 80+ manufacturing sites, focusing on EMEA and AMS regions.
Drive strategic procurement integration for acquired brands.
Lead organizational change initiatives across global sites.
Assess team structure and optimize workload.
Apply technical procurement expertise in dynamic organizations.
Communicate procurement strategies effectively.
Promote continuous improvement using lean principles.
Manage team performance, including training and evaluations.
Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.
Develop regional sourcing strategies.
Manage procurement budget and vendor relationships.
Negotiate with external partners and vendors.
Resolve operational and organizational issues.
Implement process improvements within the job field.
What You’ll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. are required.
Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
