Labor & Employment Attorney
to join its
DC , Virginia , or Maryland
office in a
remote
salaried,
non-partnership track role . This position offers a reduced billable hour target and the opportunity to work on sophisticated employment matters for high-profile clients within a collaborative and supportive environment. Candidate Profile JD
from a
top-tier law school
with a
strong academic record. Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing. DC bar
admission
preferred . 5+ years
of substantive experience in
employment litigation and counseling . Litigation Expertise: Significant experience managing employment litigation, including drafting
pleadings , managing
discovery ,
negotiating with opposing counsel , and
arguing motions in court . Client Counseling: Strong background advising clients on
employment law compliance ,
risk mitigation ,
internal policies , and
workplace disputes . Experience with
traditional labor law
and
labor-management relations
is a
plus . Soft Skills: Excellent research, writing, case management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative and independently manage cases and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including
discrimination ,
wage and hour , and
wrongful termination claims . Advise employers on
personnel policies ,
workplace investigations ,
employee discipline ,
compliance issues , and
litigation risk . Represent clients before
federal and state courts ,
administrative agencies , and

$150,000 – $250,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Discretionary
