Vice President of Marketing: About the Role This is a high-impact, execution-driven role focused on scaling commercial success through marketing. You’ll own the strategies and tools that drive product adoption, market expansion, and customer engagement, ensuring we’re meeting both commercial goals and elevating our market presence. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Market Access, Clinical, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities while representing the marketing function at the highest levels of the company. Key Responsibilities Commercial Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth across priority customer segments. Customer Engagement:

Create and execute marketing programs that deepen relationships with providers, health systems, and key opinion leaders. Sales Enablement:

Equip the commercial team with effective tools, messaging, and education that reflect clinical evidence, payer positioning, and differentiated value. Product Positioning:

Translate technical capabilities and clinical data into clear, compelling product narratives tailored to diverse stakeholders- clinicians, administrators, payers. Go-to-Market Leadership:

Partner with sales leadership on go-to-market strategies, including targeting, segmentation, and competitive positioning. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with Market Access, HEOR, Clinical Affairs, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and market alignment. Qualifications 12+ years of healthcare marketing experience with a strong track record in downstream, commercial marketing leadership roles. Expertise in Medtech, diagnostics, Healthtech, or SaaS-based healthcare solutions. Experience with AI/ ML a plus. Proven success supporting and partnering with sales teams to accelerate growth. Strong understanding of healthcare provider environments, reimbursement dynamics, and payer communication.
